Our Blowmolding capabilities include:

• A modern 1750sqm factory
• Moulding machines ranging from 1L up to 1000L
• The ability to produce a diverse range of products up to a maximum weight of over 20Kg
• The ability to manufacture small runs, in customized colours and configurations, along with large routine production.

ES Plastics now offers a range of custom and proprietary blow moulded containers.

At ES Plastics we take pride in providing our clients with a comprehensive plastic manufacturing service which includes everything from concept and product design, to post-moulding operations such as product assembly and packaging.

We provide a comprehensive design, model making and prototyping service, numerous assembly operations, and optional in-house product decoration by screen printing or hot stamping.

Our in-house design service utilises state-of-the-art CAD CAM software which enables us to effectively stress analyse new products to ensure their structural integrity.
